This website is run by Dacway Service LLP (“Dacway”, “we”), 242 Jodbhavi Peth, Solapur 413002, Maharashtra, India. This policy explains what personal data we collect on dacway.in and how we use it.
What we collect
When you fill in a form, we collect what you give us: your name, business name, WhatsApp number or email, city and project details. Like most websites, we also collect basic usage data such as pages visited, device type and approximate location, using analytics cookies.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, send you a free check or plan, send guides you asked for, deliver services you buy from us, and improve our website. We only send marketing messages if you asked for them, and you can stop them any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as hosting, email and analytics providers, and only as needed to provide their service. We may share data if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to serve you and for our legal and accounting records, then delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing vipul@dacway.in. We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its rules as they apply to us.
Security
We protect data with secure hosting, encrypted connections (HTTPS), limited access and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe.
