Dac AI is Dacway's app for business owners. You can delete your Dac AI account and its data at any time. Here is how, and what happens next.
1. Delete it in the app
- Open Dac AI and log in.
- Tap Account, then Delete account.
- Tick that you understand, then enter the code we email you.
2. Or ask us by email
Email privacy@dacway.in from the email you use for Dac AI, with your business name. We confirm the request in writing within 7 days.
3. What we delete
- Your Dac AI login and profile
- Instagram, Facebook and Google connections, and the data we read through them
- Enquiries, chats and reports in the app
- Photos and files you uploaded in the app
4. 30 days to change your mind
Your account is deleted 30 days after you ask. If you log in and tap Keep my account before then, nothing is deleted.
5. What we must keep
Bills and payment records, for 8 years, as tax law requires. Deleting your account does not cancel your website hosting: switch services off first in the app (Services) or ask us.
