How to cancel a Dacway plan, and how refunds work for plans and projects.
1. How to cancel
Message us on WhatsApp at +91 90968 96464 or email vipuln@dacway.in with your business name and registered mobile number. We confirm the cancellation in writing within 2 working days.
2. Monthly plans
You can cancel a monthly plan (such as hosting, care or marketing) at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for, and you will not be charged again. We do not refund the month already in progress.
3. Yearly plans
Yearly plans are charged at a lower monthly rate in exchange for paying for 12 months in advance. If you cancel within the first 7 days, we refund the full amount. After that, we refund the unused full months, after charging the monthly price for the months used.
4. Projects and setup
Websites, apps, custom software and other projects follow the payment and refund terms in their written quote or agreement. Any one-time setup fee is non-refundable once setup has started.
5. When we always refund
- You were charged twice for the same period.
- You were charged after you had cancelled.
- We could not deliver the service you paid for because of a problem on our side.
6. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank account) within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
7. Delivery of our services
Our services are delivered online, so nothing is shipped physically. After your first payment, our team contacts you within 1 working day to begin. Project timelines are in your quote and depend on the content and details you share.
